- It is not licensed therapy, psychiatric treatment, or clinical diagnosis
- AI-generated responses are not medical advice

Emergency Situations

Prohibited:
- Using the Platform to diagnose mental health conditions
- Entering protected health information (PHI) or patient identifiers
- Sharing your account or AI chat logs publicly
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or automated data extraction
- Misrepresenting AI guidance as professional medical advice
- Using the Platform for non-pastoral purposes (e.g., research without consent)
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Crisis Response AI and Chaplain Support AI use large language models (GPT-4o-mini) to generate guidance based on crisis protocols and chaplaincy best practices.
Important Limitations:
- AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases
- Always verify guidance against established protocols and your training
- AI cannot assess situational nuances or non-verbal cues
- You are responsible for all decisions made using AI recommendations
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of crisis information:
- Do not enter names, addresses, or identifying details of individuals in crisis
- Use general descriptions (e.g., "adult male," "pediatric patient")
- Comply with HIPAA, FERPA, and institutional confidentiality policies
- Secure your device—we are not liable for breaches due to lost/stolen devices

7. Intellectual Property
All content, protocols, AI prompts, and design elements are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may:

- Local data remains on your device (we cannot remotely delete it)
